In vivo,Andarine has potent anabolic activity and stimulates the growth of the prostate, seminal vesicle, and levator anal muscle with ED50 of 0.43mg/day,0.55mg/day, and 0.14mg/day, respectively, in a dose-dependent manner. In addition,Andarine acts on FSH, has no effect on some physiological changes caused by castration, and is treated at a dose of 0.5mg or higher per day, partially inhibiting LH production. When Andarine was administered intravenously at doses of 0.1,1,3, and 10mg/kg in Chemicalbook dogs, the total scavenging power (CL) decreased from 7.4mL/min/kg to 3.1mL/min/kg, the steady-state distribution volume (Vss) was 1.39L/kg, and the half-life was 229 minutes. In addition,Andarine was treated at doses of 10mg/kg,1mg/kg, and 0.1mg/kg with oral bioeffectiveness of 38%,62%, and 91%, respectively. Andarine showed tissue-selective pharmacological activity and significantly reduced prostate weight to 79.4% in intact rats treated at 0.5mg/day.
