Courier supplier for permanent work around Potsdam/Berlin

The contract is concluded directly with Direktmarketing Kusche GmbH, a partner of Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland GmbH based in Germany/Kleinmachnow 14532 Kleinmachnow.

Description of the position:
- Delivery of parcels to customers' addresses over short distances on pre-arranged daily routes
- Permanent area and modern route optimization system (with navigation system on the scanner).
- You work with a software (in English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Russian, German etc.), in which the routes and the location of the addresses are described.

Candidate requirements:
- Valid driving licence category B
- Urban driving skills, good orientation, stamina for intensive and dynamic work
- High motivation and willingness to work physically
- Organisation, loyalty and discipline
- Independent arrival to Germany

The company offers:
- Secure permanent employment in Germany
- German employment contract €1.933 gross, plus a net bonus of €500.00 to €1.100.00 per month (better performance leads to higher bonus)
- Social security benefits and a permanent open-ended employment contract, according to German law, accompanied by address registration, identification number, health insurance number and card, as well as assistance in opening a bank account
- Possibility to start working within a few days.
- 21 days paid annual leave
- Assistance in obtaining the necessary documents in Germany

Additional details:
If assistance is needed, assistance is provided for accommodation in boarding houses near the base - 400 EUR per month. This amount can be paid independently or deducted as an advance from the first salary.
