POSITION: Sales and Customer Service Specialist
SALARY: 350 EUR - fixed. Commission: up to 250 EUR

LOCATION: Constanta, Romania

DESCRIPTION
Brand-new B2B/B2C tech start up company (recruitment platform) is looking for a new joiner for our Constanta branch
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (not Limited To)
Sales - B2B - building relationships with key clients/recruitment comapnies, finding new possible clients, cooperation with marketing team
Customer service - social media administration, answering the phone, help the users on a daily basis with various queries, liaise with technical support, managing relationship with key clients, social media administration
Admin work - daily administrative work, updating internal computer system, reporting bugs to IT support, finance preps for accountant

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- previous phone sales experience
- enhanced communication skills - ENG, RO (Turkish advantage)
- enthusiastic about working in an expanding startup, team player
- ability to work independently
- target oriented
- social media savvy

ADVANTAGE
- Turkish language
- previous sales/customer service experience
