Job Purpose:
The Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s agricultural products
and services, managing customer relationships, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.
This role requires strong product knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work
effectively in the agricultural market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the company’s products (e.g., poultry, nursery plants, equipment, and
agricultural services) to existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, distributors, and market
stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare periodic reports, and achieve sales targets.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and
market developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture, poultry, or
agro-production sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of local agricultural markets and customer base.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
