We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide an excellent experience to our customers.

You will be responsible for:
Preparation of commercial offers
Managing company’s communication channels
Fast and effective problem solving
Procurement of various items from US online stores
Providing customers with accurate and complete information using internal system and given tools

Requirements
Good computer skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to communicate in English
Strong oral and written communication skills
Problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal and organizational skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
Ability to work individually and in a team setting
Attention to details and positive attitude
Customer service experience (not a must)
University degree
